About Us

Well, I don't know what everyone really wants to know about us but here is a little history about us.
 
Let us back up a few years to 2005.  To help people remember that far back (like myself) here are a few things that was still present back in the day:
 
  • The housing boom was going strong.
  • There was no recession.
  • Stock market near all time highs
  • Brett Favre was still considered a god
  • The Brewers started their winning ways by going 81-81
  • Chin had just moved from Columbus,OH to Milwaukee, WI
  • Ben was plugging away as a branch manager in Milwaukee, WI

Now Looking at today we have pretty much the opposite of all those things going on.

  • We have a housing bust
  • Worst recession since the early 80's
  • Stock market crashed with a thud
  • Brett Favre might be a Viking?
  • Brewers are actually doing very well
  • Chin is preparing to move halfway across the country for some guy
  • Ben already moved halfway across the country
What hasn't changed in this time is our ability to have fun and enjoy life.  Whether it be kickin' it at a BBQ in Texas or putting a few back on the beautiful lakes of Wisconsin we know how to have a good time.
 

How do we stay busy?

 
 

Very easily.  I am working on my side business, PCPrime, which I would like to make fulltime.  Chin has been doing 99% of the wedding planning.  This wasn't enough for us so we decided to throw in a few other things.

  • Purchasing a home in Austin
  • Planning Chin's move to Texas
Is that enough stuff?  I'm afraid it's not.  Chin also does plenty of volunteering and is still actively pursuing a job down by me.  Thankfully, in only a few short months things should slow down more for us. 


Later I will have to explain how we met and what we plan to do when we have more time on our hands. 
Friends and family, as you are aware we already have most items needed to 'set up house' in Austin, Texas. This is the reason for us choosing a wedding wishing well. At the reception there will be a wishing well in which we would love to receive your greeting card and contribution. This will be a great way for us to pool together and make our honeymoon special.
